Lisa, I am sorry we gave you the wrong answer first. We get so many things donated, and I did think we were able to use the eggs you wanted to donate. I understand from one of our staff that there are USDA regulations against that. I didn't know, and am sorry I gave you bad information. You were just trying to help and wanted to donate and even came to the food bank! Thank you for all that. Thanks for wanting to help.
Apparently the don't actually take eggs unless you are a big commercial egg farm. Small independent farm eggs are not welcome.
