I went there on friday night and got a table right away. This place is big, so you will find a table almost anytime. If you are going there on a busy night and want a table with nice view of the downtown just call them before you head over there. you can park in the structure and the restaruant will validate your parking pass. Also don't forget to stop by the Voodoo donuts which is right accross the street from the tower.
They have a separate bar area with happy hour food and drink specials, no reservations needed. Reservations are recommended for their dining service, but not always necessary.
