Start walking on the treadmill. Go for as long as you can. Then try jogging, like speed 4.5 for as long as you can. Keep going doing that for months, lose 40lbs like I did.
I was 315 pounds when I started my weight loss last year. When you're especially large, you should start out on the elliptical and bike, or brisk walking on the treadmill. Your lower joints need time to strengthen before high impact activity. But cardio is definitely the way to go, with weight machines adding safety to a lifting workout to gradually build balance and strength. I've lost seventy pounds in a year doing this, and being concious of what I eat.
Go to the GYM & do definitely exercise every day. Drink a lot of water don't get dehydrated
I lost 45 pounds in 3 months by cutting out bread and sugar sodas. Stopping eating when I stopped feeling hungry. Hitting the treadmill for 20 minutes a day and lots of pushups.
A well rounded cardio regimen even if its only like 20 mins a day
Treadmill, bike
The ellyptical is also a great place to start! Try 10-15 mins on that and then walk for 20 mins. Good luck :) You got this!!
There's always hope.. Remember diet is what determines weight, exercise determines fitness.
