If it's your retirement physical you do it thorugh your branch of service clinic prior to retiring. Some of the bases (I'm strickly talking about the Army which was my branch) would do the physical with the VA and get the disability rating without you having to wait for the rating from the VA. But it should be your branch clinic before the VA.
You look way to young to retire and why do you need a physical for retirement? I guess you would set it up through your primary care doc.
