You are only there for 3 hours so leave the pet home for a more enjoyable time.
I saw people having pets there. They complaining little. With pet you will feel stuck. Without pet you can explore lots of fun activities.
They are very strict about no pets on the hay ride..or in the gardens and in the stores. I did see pets in the general area (open area between the barn, stores, place to line up to get on the hayrides to go out to pick pumpkins. So I guess if you dont mind just standing in the middle and not participating in anything...bring your pet
I think people ignore the no pets allowed and bring them anyway. There were lots of signs saying pets were not allowed.
