I was walking my dog on 65th and Knight today and took a “hard” fall. Two employees saw me and immediately stopped their truck to help this 69 yr old in distress. My hand was dripping blood, they helped with my dog, got me up and a napkin for my hand, also making sure I was ok before leaving. Random acts of kindness. Sorry I don’t remember your names. I took a picture to post. Thanks guys!

I’m a disabled veteran and have been in school full time and unable to work at the same time due to my disability. I had an old unpaid water bill from my previous residence for around $600 and now I’m being taken to small claims court over it a couple days after Christmas…I’m not sure why a government agency is so pressed over $600 dollars but I honestly cannot believe this. Greedy monsters, every single one of them.

They take area water, make sure its healthy, and pipe it to your house using pressure. You will pay a premium for this service, but I wouldn't have it any other way, Its really pretty great to have indoor plumbing. Thank you for the service Portland water bureau.

I had my pipes inspected today by Lillian and Matt from the Portland Water Bureau. They were super friendly. I didn't even have to pay for my lead testing on my pipes. As a matter of fact... they are giving me a $20 credit on my water bill. I was able to find out that don't have lead in my water today. I think it was awesome that Lillian was treated as an equal by Matt. They did give me suggestions about what's a good water filter to use. We are thankful for their visit today.
