Parking is definitely free, but I would recommend coming early. Like Todd Duncan mentioned, you'll spend 45+ min in traffic waiting to park. But if you come early. You get a great spot and don't have to wait forever! We went around 9:30 and parking was a breeze.
As Amy Johnson stated, parking is free and plentiful. You'll just spend 30-45+ minutes in line, on the road, waiting to get in.
