Was told by a neighbor that Dr. Winter (or Winters) in Lakeland takes care of their bull dogs and at one point did acupuncture and helped one of them. I would like to have my pug looked at. She seems to have no feeling in her left back leg.

I believe so, I take my pit bull for shots there. They were very helpful when he got in an accident and lost a leg. I highly recommend them.

I'm not able to intelligently comment about your concern as my limited exposure to this Veterinary practice was that they were the host for an amazing Veterinarian named Dr. Chris LUDLOW. Dr. Ludlow ONLY does Ultrasounds and travels between Polk County and Plant City (maybe more, you would have to inquire). I wanted a second opinion about the discovery of a mass found around my wonderful Chihuahua's left kidney. The mass was discovered when I immediately left the so called "veterinarian" that was going to try to gouge me for $500.00 for an ultrasound performed by some traveling person! I went to North Polk Animal Hospital who had a professional ultrasound person who was over $200.00 less expensive. The mass was found and subsequently confirmed by the second opinion of Dr. Ludlow as both cancer and would possibly be fatal. While visiting at the Lakeland Veterinary Hospital the staff were amazingly professional and quite caring as they truly cared about BOTH my Chihuahua AND my needs.
