I have used this vet since Dr. Saylor ( he was awesome!) was there and the quality of service has declined drastically since he left. I was using them for grooming and the groomer tells you a different story than the front desk when it comes to grooming. I relied on the fact that Danielle told me she would be available 8 weeks out and no need to set appointment and now, once again the front desk says, “Danielle is not grooming anymore, she wants to do more vet tech work.” Now I have two dogs that are desperately in need of grooming and will have to try to find someone LAST Minute as they do the double talk game. Three times of being mid-informed is enough for me, looking for a new vet and groomer.

Dr. Ashley is a new veterinarian at this clinic. I HIGHLY recommend you choose her as your Vet. She's kind, caring, and explains the situation going on with your pet so you can understand. Dr. Ashly has a big heart, you won't be disappointed.

The Dr was great. They were able to take care of us the same day with we really needed. Bella, our chiwawa, is doing fine now.

North Polk Animal Hospital has now helped us out two times when other vets were either closed or couldn’t get us an appointment. I really appreciate them welcoming walk-ins throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and they are very fairly priced. If we had went to the emergency vet for our boy today I’m confident the bill would have been much higher. Thank you North Polk!
