Why would you hire someone and then replace them with a Spanish speaking person ..Discrimination at its worst

I have no idea where this Discrimination Idea came from. Right now, for all 4 staffs work in the front, only one of them speaks Spanish (Bilingual-Native English Speaker). The reason(s) for the person being replaced had already been told why, in person, when she/he left.

I literally eat at happy teriyaki at least twice a day😬
