They have fixed my very fragile ring twice now, and I will be returning it to them again as I have again damaged it. They do fine detail work as well as having a great variety of classic pieces available for purchase. Great service from great artisans and representatives.

My go to jeweler, best in the harbor and staff is fantastic as well. Fixed my broken necklace clasp in a moments notice! Highly recommend.

I bought jewelry here even though I have heard a lot of negative things from people lately, however I know that this place has been here my whole life and I figured that deserved some sort of credibility. Then I made an $1,100 purchase and when I tried to return it a few days later they offered me about 20% of what I paid for it because I did not have a receipt because they never gave me one when I made the purchase. I realize that's my fault I should have caught that immediately, but I was doing a lot of Christmas shopping that day and I was tired and I honestly never considered for a second that a locally owned business that's been operating in a small community like ours for several decades might not be trustworthy. When I told her that I had just bought the necklace from them and didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one (which I'm sure she was well aware of) she said it didn't matter and that she would have only been able to give me that much anyway. That doesn't even make sense because even if I was selling it for scrap gold it would have been well over what she offered me. Then I learned that yes the store has been there for a lot of years but these owners have only had it for a short amount of time and their reputation is (unfortunately) spot on. Arrogant, crooked and untrustworthy. They are rude, condescending and treat you like you are stupid and beneath them. (Which is odd since there's nothing about them that justifies that attitude AT ALL.) I wish I would have listened when people said that they were shady. It's worth the extra $20 in gas to go to Olympia to a reputable buyer rather than waste your time with these stuck-up crooks.

They get 2 stars because the location of the store was easy to find, and the space was socially distanced. They lose the others for the following reasons:1- Dishonest in their advertising; 2- Treated us like we were trash( they clearly didn't like my skin color or the fact that we were husbands) ; 3- offered $120 on a diamond ring that was bought a year ago for $2400, from a reputable company. (Market rate for the 10k gold is $23.45 per gram, the ring weight is 21 grams, not to mention the .75 of high-quality diamonds set in 24k gold.) They could've just said they weren't interested but instead they insulted our intelligence by offering us a price far below the current market rates. Good thing we were able to get a much better offer ($1500) at our favorite Tacoma jewelers. Overall, the entire experience was shockingly awful, we do not recommend supporting this business, which is sad because we only shop local for our jewelry needs.

Between $4 - $54 depending on whether it's been in circulation or not and which "proof" it is.
