I always get 5 star service at Five Star! The customer service is excellent & the shop is clean as a whistle. They offer free shuttle service if needed. Or you can wait in the show room waiting area & enjoy some fresh hot coffee!! I would never consider having my Toyota serviced anywhere else!! 😎

We compared two almost identical vehicles; one from 5 star and one from another dealer. Matt and the 5 star team were great to work with, very straightforward about what he could do with the trade in value of our previous vehicle and purchase price of the new one. The other dealership's numbers were significantly worse and they wanted us to negotiate back and forth instead of just being upfront. We really appreciated the no hassle, no headache style at 5 star and love our 4runner! We also appreciated the year of free oil changes. However, I had scheduled one and notified the shop that we wouldn't be able to make it to our appointment due to major flooding in our area that prevented travel. The service staff informed me that my rescheduled appointment was outside the year window, therefore I would be charged for the service even though that was due to a natural disaster. I think they should reconsider their policy in such extreme situations, but we will still return to 5 star in the future.

Great experience. It always takes a while anytime you go to a dealership but these guys got us in and out pretty fast and were easy to work with. Everything went smooth and they were easy to get along with. Definitely won’t be the only time we go down and buy a rig from these guys!
