I have a 2 month old kitten...his back legs don't work and it bothers him, he is always meowing, crying. His back legs just drag behind him. I want to bring him to the vet but first I want to know what will they do? I don't want the vet to kill him.

They will not kill him....especially if you love him and he is your pet...they will advise you what to do..
