So far everyone at petsmart has been rude and extremely unpleasant. I understand they work with animals but that doesn't mean they have to act like animals. Does anyone know any good private vets or groomers?

Sorry you've had a bad experience... I always have a great experience there... that being said, I have cats, so I don't need them groomed, but actually got my cats from there as they work with the Sheriff's department. Also use Banfield for my vet and have been extremely pleased.

Lake Forest has my vote as well. Our pets love it there.

We've gone to lake Forest animal clinic for over 15 years they are incredible with grooming and veterinary work. I highly recommend them!
