Yes, all the time. I'll skip the one up the road on Pacific just to come to this one. That one on Pacific is horrible.
Occasionally it happens. Sometimes you'll find extra food in your bag which you realize must have come from somebody else's order. It wasn't listed on your receipt and they didn't say anything to you about it. As long as you got all the food you ordered and none of it is messed up consider it a bonus. They would just have to remake it for the person who's missing it anyway. However for the average typical visit I would expect a long way in the Drive-Thru a crowded inside area and at least 1 out of every three orders get screwed up
