It's a big box store with everything home improvement, but not the best prices. I find shopping around for better deals useful by looking online. I've used the delivery service at multiple locations and it's about the same for every store shopped. I have learned the hard way to do a thorough double check on items before signing off. I got burned by the small print that is used basically blaming the customer for their incompetence to deliver an item without damage. If you are looking for assistance in the store don't count on it. I called the store numerous times from within while waiting on an aisle but nobody answered. Then I went to someone working at the counter asking to call a manager where I stood but they didn't come either. I gave two stars to the employees that are working trying to multitask to help customers. It's unfortunate that there is no upper level oversight to lift up the hard working clerks. How does Home Depot corporate think they will make a better team for working the floor without training and additional staffing? It's a mystery to me when corporate America is giving their shareholders record profits. Clearly customer service in-store is a thing of the past.

Disappointed with garden center cashier. Was a price posted for 2 rows of lavender plants. When I checked out I stated they were on sale and pointed to the end cap where they were located. She informed me it was wrong and not for the 2 rows. Rather than honor the posted price or calling a supervisor to do it she flat out said no. So I had to leave my cart and find an on duty manager, which I did. Explained what had occurred and he verified she should have honored the post price. He went to tell her to honor and she had removed the advertised sign. I did receive the posted price but was not impressed with her overall service. It will be awhile before I shop at this location.

Unbelievable find! The food served was first rate. Soup stock for the Pho was the best I have ever had & I've tried quite a few from Singapore to Vietnam! Coffee was great! Real value for money! Service was excellent!!

That's weird. As long as you have the card you paid with or if you have an online account connected to it or pro account they can look up all your purchases. If it's cash they should have given you a gift card for the purchase.
There are not only disposable masks available but there is also hand sanitizer as well as sanitizing wipes at the same table upon entry to the store. There is hand sanitizer at every register as well as each customer service register, the same is true for the help desks throughout the store and garden center registers. There are plexiglass partitions and all employees are wearing masks, which are required for entry unless you fall under the exemption guidelines. Happy shopping!
Call your local store they'll be able to confirm if they have it in stock.
If in store go to Service area, out of store call the line for info and they will get you in touch with someone!
Sky lanterns: mostly illegal statewide, definitively illegal in Hoquiam. In case there was any confusion, sky lanterns are illegal to use in Hoquiam. At their Monday meeting, the Hoquiam City Council approved a draft ordinance that would explicitly ban the use of sky lanterns within city
Any time you take a service animal to a public place you should have support documents. It's usually posted on the doors but not sure it is there
Please call your local Home Depot store and find out prices and availability.
I'm not finding any info on it. I agree, a phone call might be necessary 😅
I rented one of home depots trucks then donated the old appliance to St Vincent. Although they do sub contract out there deliveries and they'll take the the old appliance away for a small fee.
