37 beds plus hallway beds. Wait time varies wildly. I've seen immediate bedding and 16 hour waits. Average is probably in the 1-2 hour range depending on how sick you are.
Like Eric said, there is no constant wait time. The biggest factor is probably the urgency of your injury or sickness. The next biggest factor is whether there are available beds in the tower. Sometimes, when the tower is full, then ER has no place to transport patients that need continued care once they have been initially treated. If the ER waiting area is really full, that's not a good sign.
