Trailers plus jas hourly help that on my opinion are under qualified to help a professional in serch of a trailer. I am absolutely disappointed in the lack of acknowledge exhibited by the employees on portland oregon. I was so upset that i drove up there and confronted them and told them aa much. I've left alot out bit the bottom line is....they suck.
I just bought an 8.5 x 20 enclosed car hauler from the Portland store and, was helped by Dave, he was very knowledgeable and knew the product well. Took care of all my needs and, trailers plus was considerably lower in price than any other competitor. Highly recommend Trailers Plus.
Yes, the guy I talked to in salem was very unknowledgable about the trailers he was trying to sell... but the lack of caring that their competitors are offering lower prices is what turned me away... I can do my own research on what im looking at, but when the over inflated asking price is also what they want to sell it for, I will walk away everytime...
