I had paid nearly $100 dollars extra for an item, which an employee needed to retrieve from upstairs, along with a variety of other items I was purchasing, I didn't realize that I didn't recieve the item until I got home and store had closed. I returned the following day and once I explained the situation they immediately refunded the money and offered to call nearby stores to locate that item, which they had sold out of. I was sweating it, really. Wasn't sure how I'd prove it, but didn't need to.

I really enjoy Bi-Mart, this location is at Powell and 174th. Gresham, it's clean and well organized, the staff is friendly, and it's close a Chinese, and Mexican restaurant ▪︎ bars, and a few lottery-deli style as well. Mexican style grocery store..It's a quite little strip mall and easy short drive to down town Gresham, or take Powell blvd. West to 162nd, take a right and follow it until you get to Division ST. Hood meadows, I apologize if I got the center's name wrong. I refer it to the Ross center and yes there is a Ross store along with rite-aide, Ace hardware, little Ceasars pizza, subway, and a few others .food for just about any body's taste. Lots of parking handicap excessible as well.

Have things in this larger store like wheels and tires for trailers already to go for cheaper than you can get at some tire shops with your old wheels!! Food and all kinds of goodies for dogs!!

I'm glad I bought the lifetime membership for one-time $5 fee, its a great deal. Not much here any different, or cheaper than any other local store. There's occasional items I haven't seen anywhere else & I'm always thrilled to spot them & purchase if so desired. The store interior, plus it's outward appearance, along w/advertising mailed out weekly, all look as if stuck in late '80's. There's a desperate need for an upgrade to these stores. I will say I was thrilled at the holidays, when I found a stack of window cling decorations, all different & about 12 in all, which is huge amt of variation! I was super happy I spied the stack sitting on shelf. The best part was checking out, when I asked clerk the per item price, fully expecting to have to sort them & choose from half to three, or, four of them, depending on price (anywhere sold, typically cost from .99 upwards to $4.99). The clerk said these were left over from last year & to make room for new ones this year, these beauties were marked down to a mere .15 cents per item. I felt like I'd just won the showcase on a TV game show!
