I’ve seen variations of the question I have but I am curious about the likelihood of getting a walk up campsite. We are leaving this Thursday and planning to get there at 11am. Anyone out there that can give me a good idea of what to expect? Thanks!

Oh no. Was it easy to find another campground to stay at?

We tried a few weeks ago and it was completely full. I heard it is pure luck to get a walk up site. We ended up staying about an hour north at Mora campground.
