The last time I asked the manager about this, I was told that the crew was short of personnel to be able to cover the dining area.
The better Wendy in the area by far is the new one that opened by Weis store in Bellefonte. The food there is really good.
I agree with Donna. I've been to this location several times in the past few months and the dining room was closed. Quite frustrating, though I don't ever check the Wendy's corporate restaurant to see if it is open before going... so not sure how helpful updating the site would be. Just keep your dining room open!
