Waited 30 minutes in the drive through to get to an empty window. We drove up to see if there was a second window because no one was there and we ended up having to back up the car line and had to exit the vehicle to get our food. We drove all the way home to find they only gave us HALF of our total order. We were missing full on meals that we paid for. I went back and had to wait probably 45 mins for anyone to give me the food that was missing. Never going back!

This Wendy's needs help! Constantly understaffed, always super busy. Everyone inside working is so sad. Management can't staff or run their kitchen. I would walk out if I worked here. The employees have no support. Not sure if it's corporate or franchise, but the responsible party should be ashamed. As busy as it is this store should be perfect always. Talk about being set up for failure. The employees that are here are truly trying their hardest, and the food is good, but it's just so sad.

Wow this place is aweful! If I could rate lower I would. I haven't been to Wendy's in years and after this I most definitely won't return. A larger older grey haired worked whom I hope to God isn't the manager is here just screaming at everyone. Workers, customers, and even the Uber eats guy. He's yelling at staff about his heritage and being Irish so it's ok to explode ,while screaming at customers about how nobody wants to work so wait or go elsewhere, and yelled at the Uber eats driver for asking about his order. This guy has no place in public/customer service. Every time a new customer approached the line he started screaming again and every customer since has left. Please check the tapes. Those poor staff working around him seem just ready to leave.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. The line to order food is always into the road and it takes over 20 minutes more times than not just to place your order. If you order online they ask for the last initial and it’s always wrong. You end up having to tell them the entire order. Food always end up missing as well.

The last time I asked the manager about this, I was told that the crew was short of personnel to be able to cover the dining area.
