i am working for a small community group can i do a small event there , like group picnic bbq , sold some staff ,to find fundraiser for community

They have a big little multi table patio thing by the garden that would hold a small group. Don't see why it shouldn't be permissible.

Don't see why not, usually if you bring something to cook with or alcoholic drinks or something along those lines you would need a permit. I think there's something about how long your there as well. Worth looking up id say
