A lot of the tables do but it's best to request the windows facing West. Great view!
Only the tables in the back or on the patio have a view of downtown.
Hi Samatha - the room to which they are referring is called the ‘Atrium’ it has a great view of the west hills and downtown. This is also right next to balcony which is open in warm weather. You can request both with a reservation but specific seating cannot be guaranteed.
As Jason H. said : the tables in the back have the best view, but even then you could be seating with your back towards the view 😃 Imagine a rectangle: the long side is parallel with Burnside and the short one is parallel with Willamette river. They have two rows of tables inside. Hopefully the food and your company won't leave you too much time to look out the window. Enjoy!
During summer, they have patio sitting. Maybe you can try to call them in advance and try to reserve the view sitting, there is not too many tables available.
