Yes, Anyone can have their online purchases and out of state transfers shipped into BFA. There is a $35 transfer fee and the wonderful St. of Washington is going to change Tax (9% in Kitsap Co.) on either what you paid for the gun or the book value.

Twins in this correctly you really need to call their store. I've been told yes and no by multiple parties. I simply sought a third-party FFL to use in these instances.
