2 AND UNDER ARE FREE/ IF THEY WISH TO HAVE A PUMPKIN YOU CAN GIVE THEM YOURS OR PURCHASE ONE FOR THEM. EACH TICKET PURCHASED GETS ONE PUMPKIN FREE OUT IN THE PATCH.

Yes they are but if you want a pumpkin you need to pay for it or give them the one you get for yours.
