i am selling my rv but i am carrying the note myself, i still owe on it and the party is making payments to me, can both of us be registered on the rv?

You can't still owe on it and 'carry the note'. If you have a lienholder, they will need to give permission for you to add or remove someone from the title/registration. The only way to change the names on the registration is to apply for a new title.
