Bought a car with Calif plates. Have bill of sale but now they don't have title or? What do I need to do now? Thanks for any input

If it is a new vehicle (go to oregon.gov/dor and search for vehicle use tax) you may also need to pay an additional tax on it before being able to get the title.

Please go to DMV2U to schedule a face to face with the DMV field office to start the process for your o/s car. Then after that is done, you will need to finish the rest of your process online then mail physical documents to the DMV headquarters. Hope that helps! :)
