I've tried online to get an appointment just to get an OD card.....it literally says there are no appointments available at this site for every single one of the offices in the state of Oregon that is listed that you try. So how the heck am I supposed to get an ID card which is desperately needed to apply for apartments??? 😫😫😫😫
