Trying to find out if or why there is an HOA fee for homes,in this area, Lough Lane of $2000/month. Interested in a home there, but not if the HOA is more than the monthly mortgage payment. Thanks!

It all depends on the area you look at. I was not aware of anything the HOAs are that high. My place has no HOA
