We have rented properties in Seaside from Seaside Vacation Homes for over 30 years as a family. Everytime we have a good experience, great homes, and can't wait to come back! It started with my mom and dad, moved on to me and my son, and I am positive this tradition will continue year after year with my son and his future family. Seaside is a magical place, and your homes are always fresh, clean, and beautiful. A fantastic place for quality family time. This is a picture of the house we just rented at 700 N Prom! This is the second year we've stayed in the Seaview Penthouse (401), and we've already booked again for next year. Hard to say what we like the most: the south and west-facing views, the spaciousness of the unit, the luxury amenities, or the friendly customer service. We loved the fireplace and the comfy beds, the high-end touches in the bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen. It's just a lovely, lovely place to spend a long girlfriends' weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Girls Getaway at Big House, Little Beach in Gearhart, Oregon. The home is even more stunning than in the photos, and was extremely comfortable and functional for our group of 6 ladies. We enjoyed making and sharing meals together in the kitchen, warming up around the cozy bonfire at night and enjoying cocktail hour and catch up convos in the living room while enjoying the spectacular ocean views out of the grand windows. We had a restorative weekend of quality time together and in nature while staying at Big House, Little Beach. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you for your hospitality~ Ashley

1 - is everything in the home functioning - YES 2 - is there any noisy construction nearby - Not at the moment but that could change without notice at any time. If there was an issue on the property we control we obviously would communicate and make appropriate arrangements. Otherwise properties outside of our program are outside of our control. 3 - is the garage included in the rental - YES 4 - do you have beach chairs, umbrella, etc. - Maybe / we don't inventory them on every stay but I recall there being some in the garage last time I was onsite.
