Most motels don't offer refunds unless there was something wrong with the room, lack of hot water, utilities or supposed pet friendly turns out to be bogus. If you are being evicted for proven criminal behavior then that's on you. If you associated with the wrong kind of people and got burned for it, then watch who you call friends. Disability has to be proven but it doesn't get you freebies in life. You still have to follow the rules just like anyone else. Sounds like you made some poor choices in there somewhere. Time to be an adult, suck it up and move forward knowing what you know now and make a better informed decision.
Sounds like a mis communication somewhere. Motels can do whatever they want as long as they follow the RCW's. It's always a real fight to get your money back for any reason weather you believe you are in the right or they are. Have to be careful and always buy the reservation protection insurance.
