I would suggest contacting corporate Budget customer service directly. Most rental car companies do not guarantee a particular vehicle but sometimes polite personal contact for goes a long way. They would also be the best to verify vehicle class as I have not found a RAC company to show the Challenger specifically under any vehicle class.
