If you are not buying a large quantity or for repeat business I don't see why a person would order here anyway. Just call and talk to sales for direct answers though.

You all need to hire a few tech support people. The app we use to order with, is a frustrating joke. Kicks you off, can’t log in, etc. But the potential is there. When will you switch some focus to this? It’s extremely important this day in age.
