Vanessa was great! She helped me sell my home, and I'm really glad I worked through her. She's competent, savvy, knows her stuff, and was clearly putting time and effort into making the sale work. The previous person I'd worked with was not as attentive to me and was rushing through things. I made much more on the sale than I expected to, and I attribute that to Vanessa doing professional marketing, holding open houses, and waiting a reasonable amount of time for offers, not just urging me to take the first offer that came through. The only constructive feedback I would give is that there were a couple of times where she needed something from me and she could have been a little more clear/proactive about communicating what I needed to do, since of course I have no idea what's going on with this real estate stuff :) But overall she was great, I recommend her, and I plan to work with her again whenever I need to buy or sell a place.

Vanessa went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to purchase our home as well as answering each and every question we had. You need at least 3.5% for FHA but the reality is, you want as much money as you possibly can to put down for your down payment, and you also need to save money for your closing costs which are about 3%. Unfortunately, in this market sellers are not paying for closing costs. So, you need to save as much money as you possibly can.
