Is there a separate charge to get into the fair grounds then there is to get in to the dinosaur exhibit?

You pay an exhibit charge only

This varies by event. Normally no fair events are free parking plus event tickets. During the fair it's a parking fee (normally 7.00) and fair admission.

We parked for free, dino jawn costs

When I went the fair was going on. So yes for the parking fee & yes for the dinosaur exhibit.
