Years ago, I remembered they would let guests try it out with a temporary pass and you can make a one time purchased, now, I don't know, but they will let you in to the store to explore before you make your decision to become a Costco member if you ask.

Well I mean you could come in the exit door, wait in customer service line, then get bored and go examine the store. That said, you have to use your membership card to check out.
Depends on warehouse. Having worked at two different ones, they operated very differently. One would one wouldn't. But policy states absolutely not. Maybe you'll get a great manager. 😊
Have a member purchase a Costco cash card for you. You won't need a membership to shop there. You might be allowed a guest pass at the membership counter. The worst thing they cpuld yell you is no.

I believe that you can. Stop by the membership desk and ask for a pass. But......Costco shopping is addicting and you'll most likely want a membership. LOL.
