The few that I have had help me were very knowledgeable. But I am sure it is like going Lowe's or Home Depot you never know what knowledge level you will encounter.

I would have to agree. It's the luck of the draw. One might be a walking gun encyclopedia and the one next to him barely knows which end the bullet comes out of.
