Their hours of operation were reduced during COVID-19 to Mon-Fri to close at 8PM and 4PM on weekends but they still charge the same amount as they did when they were open until 10PM on weekdays and 6PM on weekends. If you are a working parent good luck using the gym in the evening since they’ll be closed by the time the kiddos are asleep. They say they are waiting for more people to join before they return to regular hours which seems a complete disregard of current customers and their needs. I strongly recommend to rectify before I suspend my subscription and move to Villa Sport Athletic club whose hours of operation actually meet a family’s schedule

Best club ever. They have remained a safe place to work out during the pandemic. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with many options for fitness. I’ve tried other gyms in the past in Washington County and none compare with Hawthorn Farms Athletic Club!!

I have been coming here for years. I cancelled my membership today. I was told I can only use the facility when they say so. A loyal costumer paying $200+ for a husband and wife membership and then getting denied at the door entry is just unacceptable, especially when you see multiple customers inside. I was not informed I needed to make a reservation now that the front doors are open. We had to make reservations before when we had sneak in the side doors (as not to draw attention that they were semi-open) That would be great if they communicated when we are not allowed inside but they didn't. I haven't made a reservation in two months and never had a problem. I was told it wasn't necessary, "not a big deal, just come on in, don't worry about it" and I figured even more so since the front doors were back open and they weren't needing to sneak people in to keep taking their needed moneys. But yes, I was shut down and told I cannot work out while I saw others inside working out. The rude lady said I needed to make a reservation and I wasn't welcome. Nice gym, but fancy pancy staff are a real let down. The frustrating part is that they abide by no social distancing stipulations, but they still push people around like they do. Julie is a great staff member but I can say nothing for the rest of the place. Way over priced for what their currently offering. PS- there was no discount when they took 85% of the gym away and only allowed us outside in the pools. Still charged us when we couldn't even use the place. Totally over it. Royally bummed and will be spreading the word that this place is not working with members for a better experience, way over priced and will leave you high and dry. Two thumbs down.

I have been going to this gym since I was a little girl. It has changed hands over the years but the quality and cleanliness had not. Sure there are a few machines who's headphone jacks are a little fuzzy but aren't those going out of style anyways? The staff is always so kind and the atmosphere is calming and yet, makes me feel like I can do anything. They have a wide range of amenities from family locker rooms to a spa that is luxurious. So many different classes for varying levels of difficulty are offered. There is no shame in trying something out. Come be a part of the family! ❤️💆🧖🧘🚶🏃🤸🏇⛹️🧗🏊

$115 for the couple plan.
No...its not free. Someone has to have a membership.
Yes, there is both. However, they are currently closed due to covid.
Pools are not allowed to open in Washington county till at least phase two.
Just joined this month. I got a $0 registration fee and $72 a month for single me. To add a family member brings mobthly to $115 a month. So worth it!i
