In WA state, employees at marijuana stores can not answer medically-related questions unless they are certified by the state as a “Medical Marijuana Consultant”. If they do, they could possibly get in trouble by the LCB. People who hold and use these licenses are getting harder to find because WA state does not offer anything to customers who have a medical marijuana card. Some stores will offer discounts, but those are decided by the store and can change. I would call the store and ask if there is anyone on staff who can answer medical questions, such as a Medical Marijuana Consultant. Otherwise, lookup your question online and ask around there, I bet you will have a lot easier time finding your answer. Good luck!
