Yes we take it. And yes we take it from outside of marion county even out of state! We ask zip code only for recycle points for our county!
They take everything as long as you are living in Oregon
They just ask for zip code, if it's from outside the county they won't take it. Other than that, yes they accept 3 tab comp roof.
