Groups of mental patients can not use the library......you will betold to leave the library.

For parking that doesn't require a permit (visitor parking) there are a handful of handicap spots that are a considerable distance from the library. Probably a 3 minute walk. Inside the library accommodations are standard. Elevator, automatic main doors, large bathroom stalls. The staff is friendly too if you ever need any assistance.
