Does this place do low_or no cost neutering for cats.
I found an abandon kitten and he has fleas and balls.
I need to get that taken care of immediatley. I ran public adds on the internet trying to locate his prior owners but no luck.

They charge but I don't think they're expensive. VCA on 348th and I think 11th does low cost vet services and last I took a kitten for a neuter, it was like $60 altogether.

No. They are not a discount vet. They charge for everything and try to push for their pet insurance
