About 6pm 8/4 I ordered a 5 piece ( 3 PC w 2 xt). Only one piece was edible, everything else was hard as a rock...went back the young lady, Ashley (supposed manager) was very disrespectful and refused to replace the meal even with receipt. Video is in photos.. New to Seattle

Seriously waited for a while just to get my COLD, KRUSTY, DRY, SCRAWNY 🍑$$ $13 fingers!! Funny part is they actually have a sign that says to please be patient with them as they have a shortage of staff…. 🤣 there was At last 3 workers there and I was the only customer.?.. I guess the “shortage of staff” impairs their vision???

Church's Chicken is a pretty big national fast food chain focused on southern style food, mainly fried chicken and it's sides. This location has super friendly staff and pretty good service. The food is usually pretty fresh too. Prices are average although so are the portion sizes of things. Remember to ask for sauces because most of the time they dont remember to ask you. Spicy chicken is way better than original, and their mashed potatoes, coleslaw and okra are pretty delicious.

I love how crispy their chicken is. I haven't tried the other sides because I love fried okra so much!
