I don't believe they accept returns on live animals at all. Once an animal has left the store, they can no longer be sure of its exposure to disease, so taking it back risks the rest of their stock. One returned mouse isn't worth the risk to the whole colony.
No they dont but they have an amazingly forgiving policy on all other supplies.
Second that answer. I've never been to a seller of feeder animals who accepted returns of live or frozen feeders.
