Why are multiple staff here rude to newcomers? Seriously the most unwelcoming group of snobs that take away what should be a quiet and beautiful place to be.

I was there few times. Never experienced rude member of staff. They were very helpful and polite.

A few accident just happened lately causing fatalities. I guess they are like that with newcomers.
