Do the boats have AC?
They rent a few different boat types. Paperwork and safety training take about 20 minutes then you're on the water. You can reach the dam and return in about 4 hours at a touring pace. A modest rental plus gas cost about $300. It was a great experience and I will certainly do it again this year. Don't forget to feed the carpet at the docks. The restaurant is nice if you get hungry. Take water and a picnic basket with you!
