Bojangles

DNE PRODUCTIONS

Went to get breakfast there on a Sunday and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese meal and a southern chicken, egg and cheese meal. (Wife is pregnant and craves Bojangles) When I got home we had been given two steak biscuits. We don't particularly care for steak biscuits so we ate our bo-rounds for breakfast. I didn't say anything because I know accidents happen. We went again the following Sunday and literally had the same exact thing happened, we ended up with two steak biscuits. Keep in mind we live 25-30mins away from Bojangles. I called them and they apologized and said they were putting our name on a list to get the order we originally wanted for free. The following Sunday we went there again. Went through the drive through like usual and placed our order. At the window I explained to the young lady what had happened and about the list. She was very nice but said she had to talk to the manager. After 5 mins or so she came back looking very frustrated and apologized and said her manager was very mean and she would not give her permission to give us our food as promised. I asked to speak to the manager. After another 5 mins the manager finally came over. She was extremely rude to myself and several of the employees. I calmly explained to her what had happened and she was very mad that she had to look at "the list" again. This time she found our names and said "fine this one time" while shing her head and mumbling under her breath. She then proceeded to yell at the young lady about a cell phone laying on an adjacent table which wasn't hers. She keyed in what she needed and stomped off without saying anything. The youg lady then took over, gave us our food and apologized for her managers rude actions. Needless to say it was a frustrating experience but the employees were very nice and I honestly feel sorry for them for having to deal with a mean old miserable lady as a manager. The way she treats customers and employees is highly disrespectful and uncalled for. We usually have good service here but lately it's been terrible.

The food is good, staff were friendly. The service was however very slow. Came inside for a biscuit gravy and egg and cheese biscuit the drive thru was barely moving and it took a very long time to get my food. They need better signage because coming from moneta it's very easy to miss the turn you have to turn before you can even see the restaurant. I do however recommend stopping here to grab some food.

Top notch. I'm from NYC, just happened to drive by the place. Southern hospitality at its finest. Good food. Good prices. Will always stop at a bojangles in the future. Thanks!

The chicken sandwich was really good! For once, it actually looked like the one that is advertised on the TV commercial!!! The mac'n'cheese was very cheesy and creamy and the french fries were coated with a very tasty coating. We will definitely be going back again!
