We have 80 cm alpine skis as the smallest skis we carry.
Mt Hood Meadows carries rental skis as small as 67 and boots as small as 14.5 (size 8T). They also have size 7T Snowboarding boots and size 70 cm snowboards.
If Mountain Shop doesn't, then probably no one does, except rental shops.
