Yes, until 12/23. 11am-8pm except sundays noon-5pm and 12/24 9-5. Santa breaks at 1 and 5pm for 1 hour. Find on Upper level west of food court.
He wasn't there when I was there but when I went it was pretty early in the morning. He might have a schedule on their website?
